Dr Dwyer and Luo Xiang have established a second school, in Guangzhou, to open in September 2018.
A Sino-Australian K-12 School near Beijing
In 2012, Dr Dwyer with Luo Xiang led a team to negotiate and conclude a joint venture agreement with a large state-owned enterprise, Beijing Capital Land, to found the Haileybury International School Tianjin.
Taking the Australian VCE Overseas
While at Haileybury College Melbourne, Dr Dwyer led the development of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) as an Australia’s premier international high school credential.
